Each of you all do have certain important virtues (guna).
Possibly some have more, some of have less of them. Some have many disciples (shishya),some have less. But every one does have. Any body
holder (deha dhaaree) can never be
all-virtuous (sarva guna sampanna). It is
also natural that each of you has certain defect (trutee).
Therefore, there is not a single individual amongst you, who can be useful to all. When
the other exists (astitva), he must have
certain usefulness (upayogeetaa). Thus, if
you accept the usefulness of all, and respect (maana, aadara)
them accordingly, you will have no disharmony (visamvaadipanu);
there will never arise a desire (vrutti) to
be envious (irshaa) to each other. If you
throw away the narrowness from your heart (kunthita
sankuchita bhaava) and be one with love and sympathy (sahaanubhooti), each of you can be an important limb (anga) and thereby the perfect body (poorna anga)

Those, who are ignorant (agnaanee) and are subject (aadhina)
to like (raaga) and dislike (dvesha),will do any work (karma),
though good and systematic (shrunkhalaa baddha),
it will have good result. But since they are doing every work centering (kendra) individual (vyakti)
selfishness (svaartha), they will not be
able to effect good (hita) to people (loka) in true sense. Under the cover of good to people,
they achieve their own (svahita). Many such
examples are found around.

I will name (abhihita), in my non-worldly (alaukika) language, as brahmin who is
desiring (kaamee) nothing but (kevala) liberation (shreyasa)
and as kshatriya who is desiring both (ubhaya)
liberation and worldly happiness (preyasa),
and accordingly I will comment (aalochanaa)
upon the right (adhikaara) to hold
balaatibalaa mahaavidyaa. Balaatibalaa mahaavidyaa is a non-worldy and unique
(advitiya) powerful mantra. So, an
ordinary self-centered person (vaiyaktika sukhaabhilaashee)
or an aspirant (saadhaka) desiring (abhilaashee) worship (bhakti)
or liberation (mukti) will not be able to
stand before that great light (teja) of
great power (shakti). So if you
require the great mental (bala), physical (virya), speech (vidyaa),
thought, (buddhi) and self (shakti) powers, before that, you must prepare the proper
field (kshetra) to use the great mental,
physical powers etc. for the good (sad upayoga),
and simultaneously you must develop your heart (vikasita)
and purify (maarjita) your intellect
properly so as to retain (dhaarana) those
great powers (shakti), otherwise those great
powers will shake off (vyaakulita) your
narrow heart (tuchchha hradaya) and Create
delusion (vimohita) in your inert (jada) and narrow intellect (buddhi),
and you will lose both ends (ato bhrashta tato bhrashta)
and will destroy (barbaada) your life.
